The mission of All Saints Lutheran Children’s
Learning Center (CLC) is to provide children a nurturing environment
in which to learn and grow academically, socially and spiritually.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not
hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these”.
Matthew 19:14. Our vision is to help our students learn to think
independently and constructively, learn to interact with the world
around them and develop according to the teachings of God’s
word. We believe children learn best by making their own discoveries
through hands-on activities that involve the senses. Our goal is
to make children feel secure by encouraging their self-esteem,
independence and self-confidence. Each child is recognized and
treated as a unique gift from God. For over 22 years, CLC has provided
children a safe, quality educational experience in a Christian
atmosphere.

Our curriculum includes the Wee Learn Christian curriculum
as well as Saxon math and phonics in our PreK and Kindergarten
classes. We have added Zoo Phonics for all ages to teach
phonics through use of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning.
This innovative approach involves body movements which correspond
to visual and auditory cues. We believe children learn best
by “doing” and
respond most successfully to multi-sensory approaches to learning. |
